Really enjoyed the clothpaperscissors article - and have been enjoying your blog for quite some time already. I spin my own yarns and threads too, and also use the fibres with the embellisher. I have a box of wool fibre and a huge pile of dyed silk caps to keep me happily embellishing over the winter. I've put a link to your blog on my own (rather new!) blogspot. Hopefully I'll get as bloggy as you soon! Chris.

Your Welcome Sarah - it is so easy to work with a Embellisher - believe me.

Beate, I really enjoyed your article in "Cloth, Paper, Scissors". I don't know how to felt yet, but it made me very excited to learn. Thank you so much!

'waste transformer,' what a wonderful creation! I think in the same way and I create in the same way :-)))))

thanks to your output, beate, i'm hooked on machine felting! it has become addictive for me. i have found that bad projects can go into the machine and, with roving surrounding it, they emerge wonderously. i call my machine a 'waste transformer,' in the same way that you clean up your studio, put all the bits through the machine and, voila, out comes art. wow-ee! --lauren
