nein, ich bin nicht in dem Kurs. Ich hatte mich aber ursprünglich für den im Oktober beginnenden Kurs angemeldet. Den habe ich leider vorgestern aus beruflichen Gründen absagen müssen.

Thanks for your comment on my magpie. Yes, the bird is needle-felted, and then stitched with some metallic fibers. The nest is white felt, stuffed and rolled into a cylinder-type shape, then stitched with various colors of shiny stuff! Love those cherries on the slippers.

Thanks for the nice comment on my x-stiched sampler. I had a lot of fun with it... lots of specialty stitches. I made a lot of mistakes and did a lot of ripping out and re-stitching, but it all worked out in the end.
I love your felted pieces. I've never tried that. You have done some lovely things.
