Hi I just joined and did a "tatting" search and your name came up a few times. You do all kinds of nice handwork. I enjoyed your slideshow. I also recognize your work and user ID from "The Tatted Ring of Bloggers."

Hi, I wonder if you could help me, I have just finished the crocheted cat, however, I can't seem to get the pattern right for the muzzle, I just end up with something that looks like a tube instead of the oval shape that everyone else seems to get. I have followed Japanese patterns a couple of times but can't seem to get this one right, and although I can just make an oval I would like to understand the pattern and where I am going wrong. Hope you can help.

I thought you might enjoy it with your varied experiments in needlework and design ideas. And maybe it will give you an idea of what to make next....
