yarn pod with lace edge zipper

This is my biggest yarn pod (about 10" diameter) with a lace edged zipper. The perle cotton stays inside the smaller one without any zipper at all. PS Does anyone have a source for lace edge zippers like this? The place I go this one closed.

I know, I found them on Etsy but then the store closed. They go on the outside for the project which makes them easy to handle for things like this ball shape. I bet zippers are the next thing to get some design makeovers - I've seen ones with polka dot tapes and ones with jeweled teeth, but it is this clever idea of making the zipper tape decorative so it can be sewn on the outside of the project that I really like.

What a delightful way to keep your yarn clean. I've never even heard of lace edge zippers.

Hi Ann, thanks so much for the link. I will order some zippers from them and then I can finish my gift pods :-)

This is a really pretty way to add a zipper, Susan.  I love these yarn pods.  I will see if I can find lace zippers anywhere and let you know.
