Does anybody know how to do picots that don't wobble???

Comment by Cindy Brown on April 30, 2012 at 3:18 Yes, those look like bullion picots to me. Have you tried using a milliner's needle? They have no bulge at the eye and so make sliding the bullion off the needle a bit easier. This might help.
