"Walking away"

Machine appliqué, machine pieced border.
I was very ill for more than a year, and making this quilt was to work through my feelings about my mother-in-law taking care of my son when I couldn't. The quilt border symbolises the comfort they gave each other during a rough time.

Um simbolo de beleza recheado de sentimentos. Que Deus ilumine seus caminhos e de todos os seus, que esteja tudo bem agora. Um grande abraço, Algecira

Beautiful Cat, and a lovely sentiment within this piece of work.  I do hope that whatever was ailing you is now a thing of the past.  It is always lovely to have your work presented here.
