to have them suspended over the background would br truely stunning , befitting your work, creating another layer of shadowing :-)

Hi,  I am so appreciative of your comments.  The organic material are cabbage leaves that have soaked in a glycerin solution for a couple of weeks so they are somewhat pliable.  They have all those wonderful holes because they were eaten by cabbage moths when they were growing.  Right now they're lightly stretched onto embroidery stretcher bars.  I'm trying to figure out if I should display them in a way where the shadows show or just wrap them around acid-free board.
