Tast 29 - Basque Stitch

Tast 29 - Basque Stitch. Looking up the history of Basque Stitch,
it was originally worked in white on blue, so for my sampler I decided
to use white perle 5 on my blue and white ticking with blue bugle and
tiny blue seed beads. A nice stitch. Peg

Indeed a nice stitch and you have made good use of the combination with beads. Very attractive.

I just Love this! Your white stitches are so pretty on the ticking, and the historical note makes this sampler all the more wonderful!
