"Summer Bouquet": Up and Down Buttonhole Stitch

"Summer Bouquet": Up and Down Buttonhole Stitch

I felted silk fibers on wool felt added round shapes and shapes of leaves and stitched with up and down buttonhole stitch taking beads on the needle in different states of the stitch. At least I added buttons with the same stitch. I really had lot of fun learning and usind this new stitch!

Claudia, this is so perfect! Perfect combination of colours, stitching , beading and the different layers of fabric lead to a beautiful piece of art!!!

(Sorry that I have missed it! The truth is that I am spending too much time at skype since my husband is at Saudi Arabia for a business trip...)

Lovely colours and I love the added texture the beads give it.
