Spring is Coming!

Tast 2012 | Pistil stitch | week 37
In Brazil, the Spring begins next September 22.
So from this (and do not know how many other posts over) I will embroider the flowers - and on them too!

It was very nice embroidering this piece. I had the great help of this tulle that comes with applied cotton flowers! Under it, I used a cotton fabric. After mounting on the Hoop, parts of the top were removed to reveal the upper base and give depth to work. Then, I embroidered with a variegated perle thread, very lovely gift I received from a special friend... thanks! I also used some wool, beads, sequins and lace . Gave desire to continue ...

Luis, I am enjoying your creativity.  The colours, the textures and the stitching harmonise so well.
