Needlepoint chair

I usually don't upload pictures of work that is no my own, but after seeing Nicola's chair I thought of my mother, she stitched this chair about 60 years ago, and when she passed away I didn't have the heart to auction it off among a lot of other things in her home, I had it shipped from Denmark to the US, and I am so glad I did, it reminds me of her every day.

Oh...Connie, it's so ....beautiful and you did the right thing of keeping it with you.  If it is mine, it will be just a display, not for sitting down.
