 Thanx for your comments. Actually these are not at all complicated as you think . Using transperent nylon thread I have stitched the flower outline  first and then stitched the Mop. To keep it secure I have added PVA glue to the backing  I waited for it to dry before cutting out the base fabric in the shape of the flower.
