where can i lean how to make this techique of smocking ,or join a club that dose smocking i have been wanting to learn how for a long time  ,would love to buy a book  but so far have not found one in english , if anybody knows please let me know,beautiful cushion

My Grandmother had some cushions made like this, I was always fascinated by the pleated effects. Well done.
