Dianne managed to get this up on closeup and can see the stitching. This has added another dimension to the flower...great use of scrappy pieces of fabrics.

A beautiful piece of fabric, and I love what you have done with it. It is so nice to see that a small fragment can be embellished and find a new identity and use.Dianne I think you have probably already tried stitch length and width adjustments, could it be the thread. Maybe it is your particular machine, you could also go over the edging again. Hope this might help.

Oh oh, I love this, I love the disposition of the flower and the colors.

This card virtually took me all afternoon but it was such fun to get in the sewing room and make a big mess going through my scraps etc. I always have difficulty with the satin stitch edge on my cards. Any hints out there from you experienced postcard makers? Think I will have to do another round of it if my machine will behave itself.
