Thanks Linda, I am trying to do another one with a butterfly, but a lot of obstacles have been in my way lately!! I love doing the postcards but reluctant to join a swap because of this lack of time issue I have at present. Cheers Dianne.

Dianne, I seem to have missed this. Pleased I decided to take a stroll through your photographs again. This is just beauitful. Looking at it with the close-up shows what attention to detail has gone into it. I love it.

What a gorgeous card, I got one the other day withsome fabric butterflies on it and I thought that was nice but this is fabulous

Lovely postcard, I would increase the stitch width. I think I do mine at 5.

Thank you Anne, Jennie and Shirley for your nice remarks. The flower is from a piece of furnishing fabric and you cant see it really well in the photo, but I have embellished the flower with hand embroidery and free motion stitching. It was fun to make. Susan, I think I will increase the stitch width and do another round. Thanks Dianne
