Finished reef picture

At last! some things have been changed since my progress picture of this. Noticed that I did not straighten the plate coral from purple ribbon in the centre back but have put a photo of what it should be on my blog.

Shirl! This is nothing short of incredibly beautiful! I love the way you've distanced the seaweed by softly shading it into the background to give depth to the reef. Looks very much like your 'big underwater reef' picture has spawned a love-child . . . while I've been away! I can see the family resemblance in all those gorgeous . . . 'Colours of Shirl' . . . CONGRATULATIONS on another masterpiece! Love and hugs . . . Barb x x

Another beautiful and creative piece Shirley. You certainly have a 'feel' for this subject. I love every little detail, and admire how you use colour.
