Mrs Burr's design are challenging but so well balanced : how can we resist ? Your interpretation is wonderfully bright and simple; choosing some undyed linen makes it a dramatically cheerful piece of work and mixing up cotton and wool gives such a pleasant texture to the composition. I particularly love the way you worked the hearts of the two central flowers : the shading of the french knots is just perfect. Thanks for sharing it with us ;) :)
