WIP seahorse Filet Darn

I have designed a Seahorse in Filet Darn. It is going to be a contemporary version by the time I have added metallic thread and beads etc. I have set up a page in my website you can follow my step by step process of designing and stitching.

You are doing so much in the contemporary style, it's amazing.  Good for you to be so brave Janet.  I love seahorses.

What a beautiful design. I think they call the technique Sfilata Siciliano, is that correct? Thanks for the link.
