Queenie, in the US, we call them yoyos. I like your term, Suffolk puffs, better. I really enjoyed creating this. It evolved as I went along--very little pre planning. This is the 3rd yr. that I am doing it for my mother, and this is the one I am happiest with. I guess I've started a tradition.
