No, buttonhole is not my favourite stitch. The thing is when I embroidered this piece I was at the beginning of my embroidery classes, and it was one of the few stitches I knew by then ; )

Your three pieces are wonderful but I particularly liked this one.

The combination of colours and stitches is most effective.

Is buttonhole a favourite stitch?
