I told Margaret I have several more photos of the same Banyan tree in Maui, it covers a whole city block.. Unfortunatly someone thought to could be adorned with graffiti. If no one minds I'll post them on my site as inspiration for embroidery which is what Margaret has in mind..  If you don't know Banyan trees, they get air roots which begin to hang from the tree then wind themselves around the tree into knots or begin more trees which are all the same tree  (Think of the Movie Avatar!)    That trip to Hawaii was our first, we emailed our kids and said we have spent everything we have , send money,  we're not coming home..  They laughingly said we had to find our own way back. Well our trip was at an end, we took photos of the last sunset.  Give me a little grass shack (Minus the strange big spiders)  I have photos of them and their webs too....

Elaine I love trees to the point I named my favorite climbing tree Mr Blight.. connected the name and trees later knowing now trees can have blight (smile)  Sandra ♥
