and I am always running late, procrastinating and short for time

another book I treasure...."Alice" Tim Burton's movie version is great too......shazz

Nath the Gelatine printing is great fun

with proper printing inks it would be fabulous

but it was a cheap way to make some interesting background fabrics.....

I love Alice.... love the mad hatter and the Rabbit

My daughter Leah and I went to Melbourne to see the Tim Burton exhibition last year He is amazing he directed the last Alice movie and lots of other crazy things.....

I was so happy with him that I wanted to keep him.... I did post him to Winsome though.

the Back ground is calico printed on a Gelatine plate with ordinary acrylic paints... Very simple and lots of fun to do, have a look at  http://shazzmcblogspot.com/2011/02/gelatine-printing-plates.html for how to do the printing... Wet or Dry fabric gives great effects too.
