I don't even know what tatting is, but this is gorgeous! I'm guessing it's the lacy flowery shapes??

Thank you for all your kind comments! CQ is so fun. What I didn't expect is how much fun I've had with the tatting. The possibilities are endless. What's great is once you have a handle on needle tatting and the basic understanding of how things connect you can really let your creative juices flow. I was quickly able to reproduce some precious antique tatting I found at an antique store but didn't want to use up. Now that I know how to reproduce the stitching I can make more any time. I am still learning a lot, though. There aren't a lot of people tatting these days, but there sure are some creative and skilled tatters on the Internet. I found learning to tat very empowering because I now have the ability to make my own trims. I plan to sell some of my work soon on Etsy. I think tatting is a great skill for CQers to add to their repertoire.

These are all lovely, but I think this one is my favourite, great colours.
