Hi Liz, I printed the bird and music image onto the linen fabric by first using spray adhesive to stick the linen to card stock and then putting it through my printer! The down side is that it isn't washable, although come to think of it I've never washed a needle book yet :-) If you try this be careful of any loose threads along the edge of the fabric- not good for the printer! I still don't see the picture symbol, should it be at the top of this comment box?

what a beautiful needlebook. Did you print onto the fabric? As for posting a picture, there is a picture symbol next to the link at the top of the text box, have you tried that? Hope this helps!

Hi! I'm new to Stitchin Fingers & this is first group I've joined. Right now, I primarily knit, crochet & spin yarn, but would love to do some hand embellishing on items like what I perceive Zakka to be about. I love the pictures of the projects you all have done in this group and hope to be able to contibute some in the future.

Hi all, I've just discovered this group and I think Zakka sounds like great fun! My husband will go crazy when i tell him i have a new craft to learn :D I have a gazillion other things I want to make already - there just isn't enough time for them all!!! Love all the photos posted here.
