The Royal School of Needlework will be offering classes in San Francisco spring and fall of 2010. You can check out the classes offered at the following link:

And if you are going to be in England, there are classes at Hampton Court Palace too.

Our quilt guild, the Plantation Quilting Guild, is having our biennial quilt show March 6&7, 2009 at the Lake Jackson Civic Center, Lake Jackson, Texas. I realize most of you are too far away to come, but if anyone is in the Gulf Coast area, please come and visit our show. We are about 41 miles south of Houston, TX. If you are interested, contact me and I can provide additional info. My email is dsmulloy@prodigy.net

We have an author and certified quilt appraiser, military memorial quilts that were displayed at the Houston International Quilt Festival, quilts, wearables, live auction, raffle quilt, vendors, quilter's shop, tea room.

I'm wondering if anyone knows the dates for next year's Festival of Quilts? Also, would this be considered the main British Quilt Show, or are there others which are bigger or better. I'm considering returning to the UK next year and would love to include some quilting or textile shows in my trip.
