When you are ready with your card ask your partner for her snail mail address via private message, then you can send your card.

do you mean a list where we write down the participants every month? When we make a new exchange, that we add the new partners?

Thats a good Idea. 

Can we upload files to stitchinfingers? If not, we have to finde another system e.g. g-docs. 

What do you suggest?

Oi Trillian! Pensei assim: Algecira já trocou cartão com ......., No mês seguinte quando você for formar os pares, colocar sempre pares diferentes. Podemos receber e enviar para todos. É um grande prazer receber um cartão da mesma amiga. Mais podemos dá a ela o direito de receber das outras também.  Eu adorei essa distribuição que fez nesse mês. Entraram muitas amigas que não tinham ainda participado. Só pensei em um controle. Abraços, Algecira
