cup cakes are small cakes with lovely decorations. I found the translation "bolinho".

I am new to this group and do not know how you do the swaps.  When is the due date for the ATC's?  Do we send one to each person who signs up?  Or is it one on one trading with only one person?  Please let me know how it all works.  I have done lots of ATC swapping in the past on another website.

Diane, the organizer of the swap posts a list in time to make and send. 

Usually, we receive our ATC from one person and send to a different one.  You contact your 'partner' with your details(do not post them here, this site is open to everyone, just send a message to the person who is making yours and one of course to the person you're sending to.  Hope this makes sense :)
