I have been working on a challenge project the last four days and finally finished it.  We were given an object and had to make something from it.

The object was a Tax Book, and I've transformed it into a book for my ATC's.

Here's the before photo and the embroidery and the finished project.

What an amazing project. I'm just getting interested in stumpwork.  Your work is lovely.

I love it!

Goodness, what a fantastic piece of work! What gave you the initial idea?

Beautiful work :) What a great idea!

I love this take on fantasy and the stumpwork you did for the book cover.   I am just reading about stumpwork and its on my bucket list for 2013!  Take the dive into the unknown world of 3D.   Your tree is outstanding!

Right, let's get this thread going again!  What are you all working on right now?

I've just finished a stumpwork rabbit, (which many may have seen in the Photos section here), and last night I started a new kit.  It's only a small, simple DMC kit (now discontinued, sadly), but it looks like being quite nice when done.  Will post a WIP photo when I have one!!

So cool!

What a fantastic project. Your work looks great
