Tricia and I started this group to work on stash bustin’. This discussion is for members who are interested in swapping some of their unwanted (what were you thinking?) stash for another’s stash you’ve just got to have! This can include anything that is fiber related including books, patterns, fibers, fabrics, etc. If you are going to post an item or items to be swapped here, you must also post a good photo, an accurate description including the approximate value and what you would be interested in receiving in return. You should also take into consideration the postage especially if one of you is shipping something heavy and the other is a light package. If instead of a swap, one member would like a cash transaction, that is up to you both to make that decision and decide on form of payment etc.

If you would like to swap with someone, please contact that person directly by leaving a comment on their page. It is the responsibility of the two swappers to arrange the deal and be satisfied with the arrangement before swapping. This group and its moderators are not responsible for making sure that a swap is completed. Each member is responsible to their swap partner. The fiber community is a very generous and giving place online and we hope everyone will continue in that vein. If there is a dispute, Tricia or Ruth will attempt to resolve the problem but we can’t take responsibility for all swaps made.

Hi ruth,
I hope you and Sherry made contact about the swap of fabric. For some reason I wasn't receiving replies to my first request and so I didn't realise anyone had got back to me. As it has been so long I must apologise.

Hi Sherry,
sorry for not replying but for some reason I wasn't receiving replies to my first posting and only just stumbled across it today. I hope Ruth (next email) took up your offer since it has taken me so long to reply. Sorry about that and thank you for thinking of me.

Oh and Ruth, about the fibres, I would love as many different colours as possible but especially some blue. Perhaps some rainbow dyeing if that's the easiest way to get lots of colours. Thanks, I hope you like the books Tricia
In the next couple of weeks I will be going through some of my fabrics and organizing. I know I have several silk blouses that I picked up at a yard sale. I don't use silk as mostly I work with cotton...so, I'll post as soon as I find them - if anyone is interested.
