Permalink Reply by Cy on November 22, 2011 at 3:25 Hi Wendy, great to have you on board and ready to go a Scrumbling, lol. It should be a great journey. I always learn lots, even though I'm the one putting up the initial ideas, there is no telling where we end up hahaha.
p.s. no ones scrumbles should end up looking exactly like mine even if you do follow the instructions above.

Even went and bought some yarn at our local Salvation Army shop and have asked them to keep me in mind for any more that comes in. Not colours I would normally have in my stash which makes it even more fun!!!
Permalink Reply by Wendy on November 23, 2011 at 20:46 I have this one complete and will start the new one now...hope to post pics after the holiday......
Permalink Reply by Elizabeth Woodford on November 30, 2011 at 7:02 I am thrilled that you are doing this!! I am so new to crochet although have been knitting for a very long time. I love the free form style and I am learning the crochet stitches. I love the House idea! A row of houses would be so cool all decked out differently and integrated into a whole piece. Or a row of house scrumbles running along the back of a wearable piece of art!! I just now need to find some time to devote to this. I think that I might be able to find that time in january. I must do that!!!
Will be following along avidly!!
Stitch on!!
Permalink Reply by Vanessa Cherry on December 6, 2011 at 13:22 Thank you so much for doing this Scumble along Cy, I shall start it today! I must go to the op shop and see if I can get some more wool too.
Permalink Reply by Cy on December 6, 2011 at 15:08 Glad you could join us in the scrumble-along Vanessa. I was in my local Hospice shop yesterday but no wool to be found at all. I'll have to venture a bit further afield to the next town and see what their op shops have.
I have another scrumble to post sometime in the next 24hrs, so be on the lookout for that one. I always post the scrumble-along's to my blog first before re-posting them here.
So for anyone wanting to jump ahead my blog is http://scrumble-along.blogspot.com/
Permalink Reply by Fiona Audain on December 7, 2011 at 11:10 I was in our local Sallies (Salvation Army Shop) and they had stacks of wool, I am so lucky that one of my friends who works there put aside some yarn for me knowing that I wanted some different yarns, for $6 I got 5 balls of mohairy type yarn, 4 balls of nubbly yarn and assorted bits and pieces all in the same bag. Most of it brand new full balls WHOO HOO am I going to have fun with that or what!!!
Permalink Reply by Sharyn Baldwin on March 16, 2012 at 23:54 Thanks, I will start with this one too.
