On my blog this morning there is a free stitch guide.
12 Surface Stitches for Beginners covers basic stitches that new hands need and crazy quilters use. These stitches are also ideal to teach to children. So if ever you need to organise an activity for children you might find this file handy.

Hello, I'm new to this group. I have been embroidering various things for years. Unfortunately this means I have run out of places to put/give away my work. Any ideas for 'out of the box' ways to display/use/gift finised projects. I am costantly making more, because it is so relaxing and enjoyable. Thanks for any help.
