What Are Your Favourite Stitches?

Although we're always trying to diversify our stitch repertoires...which stitches do you gravitate to?

I think my favorite stitches are bullion knots, feather stitch, stem stitch and buttonhole stitch. But I try other stitches as an exercise in each block .

I love the chain stitch I use it alot to fill large areas. And I love the French Knot for the texture it can add to apiece.
