Would love to see the magazin.
Hi all, this is the first time I've joined in any conversations with the group. I just didn't realize what it was all about. I would just like to share a little hardanger bookmark I've done. I dyed the threads and fabric myself, and made the bookmark up as I went along. I am sorry it's pasted in as a full photo, seems I'm still not proficient enough...............
Sybille, your hardanger is lovely, and I love needleweaving, it's my favourite part of the process.
Permalink Reply by Sibille Kreideweiss on March 29, 2011 at 0:11 Thank you, Linda. Glad there is someone else enjoying the process of needleweaving. (and of course the cutting before that). I find it quit relaxing.
This is a very lovely bookmark. The colour is so warm. Very neat work too. You did a wonderful project here.

Permalink Reply by Cindy Brown on March 31, 2011 at 2:08 Hi Sibille and Linda,
I too love the process of needleweaving, and the cutting too. Yes, the needleweaving is relaxing for me too. The cutting is exciting, and no matter how much I do it, it still amazes me the way it works out. I just love the whole process.

There is a way to get photos of all stitchinfingers Hardanger pieces, by anybody in stitchinfingers. Go to PHOTOS, do a search on Hardanger or hardanger, and boom, 2 pages of pictures. But only for members who used the tag "hardanger" or "Hardanger" in the description.
