I have added a blog post about another completed book to Stuff-Ups
The book was finished before we went away on holidays, but it wasn't until the last couple of days that I started putting the blog post together - while I was finishing the blog post about the colouring book.

What a cool book! I love the pocket idea and you did a wonderful job.
Thank you, Ruth!
I like the way the cover worked out, but it is still not what I wanted! Will have to make more books to get the cover bit right.
Lovely! Pockets can be such fun and you've done a great job.
Thank you, Liz.
The pockets are fun ......... but I am glad these stayed in the cupboard until I found out about fabric books, as it is now a very useful teaching aid.
What a great idea. I can visualize a large size book for toddlers, and other ideas. Thanks for posting the pictures on your blog.
The size and the pockets would both be perfect for toddler books ........... with all sorts of items tucked into them.
Might have to make some as Christmas presents, and a Christmas theme would be wonderful too. I can see the fabric books pushing paper books off the shelves!
On second thoughts, I will place the fabric books where they can fall off the shelves, rather than be hit by falling hardcovers!
I'm thinking of an Advent Calendar book with goodies in the pockets for each day in December. Oh dear. I don't have any toddlers to spoil with that idea! Guess I'll have to fill it with chocolates for myself. LOL!
I missed this comment way back then, but it sounds like a GREAT idea!
Well, I had forgotten all about it by Christmas time. Drat! There's always next year.
Plenty of time to make the book, and stock up on chocolate!
