I read that some of you like to swap book pages.

We can write some guidelines in regards to size, theme, when and how to do it and how many pages we want to swap.

I would prefer to swap 10x10 inch (25x25 cm) pages.

What do you think about building a group of 8 to 10. Or do you think a monthly swap where new members can join would be better?

Hi,

how are you going with your book pages?

Do you already know, how you will make a book of your pages?

Do you already have a cover?

I think I will make a accordion book. Haven't done one before but that makes it interesting.

I'm afraid this month's page is not yet finished, I am very sorry, Helen, but it will get there.  However Annet's page is one close to my heart - trees, so hopefully I will be on time next month.

In answer to trillian, I haven't decided what to do with the pages, but the ones I have recieved so far are so lovely, the idea of an accordion book does appeal. so they can all be seen at once!

Teresa, I’ve sent your book page today. I hope you like it.

Hi Vicky, thats fine, do not worry.

You're very welcome Trillian and I'm glad you liked it.

Hi Teresa,

your fabric book page arrived. Thank you very much for the laces you sent with the vintage page.

It is a very beautyful page. Look here:

Thank you for swapping.

I received your page Annet and it's stunning.....I love it. The colours, the stitching & I love the little flower in the corner. It's just a striking page and I'm glad you used your new skills. It sounds like the class was well worth it. Thanks again.....I'll post a photo.

I'm so glad it arrived safely! Glad you like it, it was so much fun to work on this. I'll share a photo with more info in a few days.

Hi girls,

It's sad this is our last swap.......it's been great fun; I've really enjoyed it & I hope everyone has too. Thanks Trillian for organising it.

I like the idea of an accordion book too and I was hoping to put the pages together so I can see the back & the front.........can someone explain to me how to do that please ?

Frances, I've nearly finished your JUne/July page and I'll get it in the post this week......thanks for your patience....cheers Teresa

Hi Frances,

your wonderful silk paper vintage page arrived.

Thank you very much.

Hi all,

this month we have done our last page (almost) and the swap ends.

Some of you asked if we can continue with a new book page. At the moment I have just a little time. Perhaps we can start in September or later. I have to look how things will go on. Perhaps one of you like to manage a swap?

What will you do with your fabric book pages? How will you make your book?

I would like to see some photos :-) I will show mine when I finished my last pages, think I will do an accordion book.

Trillian

Thank you Teresa,

it was fun doing it.
