Since nobody has suggested having a Christmas swap, I thought I would jump in.  It is still early enough to get one done and posted, so your partner has it by the 25th.  Add your name here before 10th (I'm typing this on the 5th, so that gives you five days to respond), and I'll do a list on the 11th.

Hi Gina,
I would like to join.
By the way, at which time you are writing here? Is it really 1:44 AM whrere you are? Here it is 6:00 PM ;-)

Hi Gina
Please add my name to the list. Thanks
Mary Lou Curry
oh why not ...put me in...I actually have one done ready to go....
Please add my name to the swap list..........thank you
Count me in please

As you all responded to this within a few days, I will assume there will be no further participants, so rather than wait until tomorrow to make up a list, I'm doing it tonight (Friday).  With three Aussies, and three in other countries, I'm pairing us up accordingly - no surprises here as I'm sure you have all swapped with each other in the past year or so!

Trillian (Germany) swaps with Sharon

Marylou (Canada) swaps with Teresa

Sheila (Scotland) swaps with Gina

Teresa, I haven't been  in any swaps this year, so I don't know you.   If this is your first swap, post any questions here and I'll reply.

Hi Gina,

I never been in a swap before so am totally unfamiliar with the protocols........anything you can tell me would be greatly appreciated.

cheers

Teresa

Hi Teresa, I've replied to this on your profile page.

Has everybody sent/received their postcards?  I'm guessing there will be a delay in mail to and from just about everywhere in the northern hemisphere due to the snow, and probably in Queensland due to floods.  I sent mine off to Sheila in Scotland a few weeks ago but I haven't heard if she has received it.

Today I received a surprise postcard from Mary lou in Canada - thank you, Mary Lou!  It was meant for me, wasn't it?  And not for your swap partner Teresa??

Sheila - I do hope you see this message - I've been trying to email you direct, but my Hotmail account has slowed down to a standstill, so I decided this would be the next option.  Your Christmas postcard arrived today (21st January) - it must have been held up with all your snow over there!   The FPC is so cute - very different from other techniques I've seen on FPCs before, and very effective!  I'm posting a pic of it on my blog Patra's Place, as I find that it takes forever to upload a photo on Stitchin Fingers (that's probably due to my ancient computer, not the website).
