Hallo Liz, my card was posted on Friday, hope you will receive it soon, seems to me the "sorters" at the Post Office are on a "slow down" work week. Helen

Good evening, ladies.  Today I received cards from Tahlia and Shazz (that's Sharon, right?).  And I got Shelley's on Friday.  This is turning into a birthday month and I'm loving it!  I'll try to get some photos taken so I can share these beauties.  Tahlia, your hibiscus picture is great!

Yes , that's me Liz....Shazz, shazzy, sharon....

Hi ladies

Don't forget to put the pictures of your postcards in the Flickr group. It's another chance for people to see your lovely work.

Well it's been a few days, but I promised photos and here they are . . . finally!  If the photos upload the way I plan, you should see first from Shelley, then Shazz, Tahlia, and Patricia.

Yay!  It worked!  So much fun to watch for the mail.  I want to thank you all so very much.

They are all just beautiful!! Can't wait for my b'day to get here.

They're all wonderful cards, Liz, and so colourful.  And it's not the end of your birthday month yet, with still some to come....I hope mine arrives soon.

How great are all these cards ladies.....

Now March is coming and we have no birthdays.....but there is Teresa's in april....so I will get her to have a little chat soon......and if you have cards still to do.....get stuck in and finish them while there is a chance

thanks Ladies for joining in , don't forget to have a look at all the pics and ask questions if you want to know anything about what has been sent....or how to do things

cheers Sharon

Sharon has asked me to tell you a bit about myself, so here goes.......I'm retired, have 1 husband, 3 kids and 8 grandkids....I'm love  (in no particular order) ;-

shoes; books/reading - about people and their stories & a good crime novel & a good drama; travelling Australia in our caravan; camping under the stars in the Australian outback with the campfire going and being mesmerised by the flames; listening to the sound of the waves, particularly at night if we're camped along the coastline somewhere; the sound of my grandkids laughter; the call of "Grandma, Grandma" when I arrive at their house.  I live in the tropics now, but was born & bred in the southern state of Victoria, so I miss the seasons...autumn (fall) & winter......Sharon will understand this next sentence.....Aussie Rules & the mighty Demons.....actually that's a code of footy known only to Australians, mostly southern staters and the Demons or Dees or their real name, Melbourne are my team.....I love embroidery; painting fabric and various methods of creating complex cloth although I don't do dyeing. Cooking's not my favourite thing and I was a gardener in a previous life, but not now. I'm passionate about social justice & fair play......and I love train travel.....I'm a huge fan of Angels and have several in my life and they answer every call I make to them......I couldn't do without my Spirit guide or my Angels......so that about sums me up....I'm not very complicated really..... give me the simple things in life and I'm happy....love, laughter, good health, good friends & my family .....and great stitching mates !!!! And I love Louis Armstrong's song "What a wonderful world".....

I've seen the beautiful cards the girls have got so far and I can't wait to get mine......this birthday is one I'm very excited about.....the postman will be very popular indeed !!

I forgot to say....I'm also interested in myth, most Goddesses & symbolism......

Nanette, your card arrived yesterday.  A dragon!  He's wonderful - thank you so much!
