Hi, everyone,
I am passionate about textiles, colour, and free-style machine embroidery combined with hand stitching and beading . I have recently taken up embellishing and hand embroidery(I need lots more practice on the embroidery!).
I have enjoyed applique, collaging, knitting, tailoring, sewing with plastic, metal shim, leather, acetate .........I do love to experiment!
Look forward to sharing and seeing what everyone is creating.

I'm British too, but find my best stash suppliers to be in the US!! Well, for specialist threads anyway - you can get decently priced fabrics of all sorts here, but many things I ship over the Atlantic. Decent stitching suppliers are fairly rare in most places in the UK too. There are one or two really marvellous embroidery shops, but the prices! Oof!
