I also belong to Cloth Doll Artistry. They have a Holiday Ornament Challenge at the moment. This is my entry. The Doll is Snooze by Suzette Rugolo the smocked ornament is my pattern.

Peta, what a clever doll! I love the way you cut, painted, fringed, and generally coerced the fabrics to do what you wanted! I think she is a winner!

Hi All,
Haven't been here for ages. I have had such a busy year. I finally made a doll though. Below is a photo of my Fairy riding a Frog. The challenge for our display at the Adelaide Quilt and Craft Show which was on last week was a Doll riding something. I used Susie McMahons frog pattern and my own Little Fairy. I enlarge Susies pattern for the frog. It is made out of white quilters muslin and then painted with acrylic paint and iridescent paint and then finished with gloss sealer.

Welcome, Debi. Your dolls are sooo interesting. I love how you have used so many different things to make a lovely, unique creation.

I'm new here, although I've been lurking, reading emails and drooling over pictures!!! I've uploaded a few of the most recent dolls I've made. I LOVE all the beautiful work I've seen so far!!!
HuGGs!

Thanks for the welcome Liz. I've added a photo to my page of a Goddess Doll that I made recently. Blessings
