Well, I haven't got the 4 finished, but I've been all out this past 2 days and got "Earth" done.. almost! I don't usually do shaped cloth faces and felt like giving it a go... not happy with it so will be making a clay mask to go over her... and I'm still struggling with the mold for clay hands.... but other than that, here she is... pics not brill as camera is playing up, but shall post more detailed pics when I can take some.xxx
how's everyone else doing?
My word Kat, she looks huge!! But gorgeous!! How are you going to get her out and about?
Are you making clothes for her, or just painting her? I always fancied making something bigger- I have 6 mannequins I plan to adapt/ reassign.
Looking forward to seeing how she progresses...
Hows everyone else doing?
Have agreat weekend,
LOL!!! in the time it's taken me to write/post this- you've actually updated!! How's that for timing? She looks amazing, so how big is she really?
Thank you the cangle stick is 15 inches in itself, the entire doll and CS is 26 inches total.............she came out great, I love doing CS dolls and will be doing alot more. Our 3rd quarter challenge on CDA in the ART DOLL STUDIO is to create a candle stick doll, any medium, size, theme, animal, person, etc........anything goes.
Thank you for joining the chalelnge.........Hugs, Kat

Thank you Elaine and Kalona, she was a love hate experiement.........I am breaking into the clay market, giving myself a year to learn, so this was a major attempt............their is alot wrong with her, but its a start. Love Kat
I guess everyone is NOT interested in doing challenges, what do you guys think?
Kat, I think your sculpture is so lovely! Awesome, in fact! I'm still struggling with my lady (not always what she is called believe me!!) and I know I missed the deadline to get her finished but I will post photos when I get her finished although nothing as beautiful as yours or Kalona's. I'll keep going and hopefully will get her finished soon!!
