This resembles a tree trunk with blossoms. How about a bird in flight. Another thought is rays of sunlight, or lines of the distant hills, or stream to deepen the perspective.

Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions of what to put in the blank part of this wall hanging. I have been stumped with this question for to long now and thought a little in put from my stitching friends would get me on the way to finishing this piece.  Thanks for your in put. Hugs Elaine

Yes I did Pamela I used tri chem paints on this one It is a big piece. I am going to applique the hair I am trying a new thing with this I have not tried before. I used a projector to make it bigger.
