Elaine all you need is the URL in the comments on the latest TAST post - if anyone is looking where to put their comment you will find the latest TAST post  under the category ie

you can post a comment about ANY of the TAST stitches so if people are only working 1 a month or starting from the beginning so they can still join in. Just work a sample and leave a comment

Sharon I am not sure  how to add my tast to pintangle. Do I leave a picture or just a comment and the url not sure.

Sharon, I agree. I have already changed the wording in all the posts to direct stitchers to post on Pintangle first to post their stitching links :)

Hi Gail  my biggest concern is that new folks will get muddled or worse feel left out  - and not leave a comment on Pintangle. If this happens they will miss out on a lot of experienced stitchers swinging by and seeing what they have done - they also miss out on tips encouragement and advice  that the community can offer.

Obviously if you remind them to visit Pintangle it's OK and no one will feel isolated

Oh, please understand that everything on my TAST Rerun site links directly to the original PinTangle posts. I needed a place to upload my work and link to, and a way to keep myself organized. That's why I started the blog.

Right away, a few others said yes, they could use a way to bookmark their progress on the list, too, and that's all I intend it for -- a way to bookmark progress, and to share with others who are working on the same stitch that I myself am.

The only extra bit I do is to list the stitch variations without the ones we will end up working later, when they are the featured stitch of the week.

I *LOVE* TAST and think that the order of stitches last year was awesome -- that's another reaosn why I want to work through them in order. So I'll definitely be guiding my co-rerunners to put their links up at the appropriate place on Pintangle, now that I understand where that is.

I'm GLAD to not feel left out or separated... it has just taken an especially long time for the details of this year's approach to sink in. Sorry!

Please excuse me all, but I must say... from my point of view I don't see why it's needed to replicate the same info twice. Sharon has all of this information on her original TAST site. To save confusion all you need to do is go to the original posting, find the stitch week you want, and go from there. You can re-run it to suit where you need/want it to be. Why divide and complicate - It's Sharon's knowledge/sharing that makes any of this possible - go to the main source.
