I avoided Twitter for as long as possible... until a friend pointed out to me that it was simply another useful tool in my business marketing tool belt and it was silly of me not to use it. Now I tweet anytime I post on my blog or list a new or unusual item in my shop. It brings in a little extra publicity, which is nice.

Quite often I check Twitter just to see what other people are up to, especially other bloggers.
