My blog, for anyone interested, covers a bit of everything...crazy quilting, knitting, flowers, family life, and just general mumblings about life! I'm working on the monthly TIF challenge so there are posts about that and some of the other needlework projects I do.
Cheers!

Fabulous Threads

I have been blogging for a year and a half. My blog is about my art, mainly contemporary embroidery. I participate in the Take it Further Challenge and love to swap ATCs and postcards.

Every now and then I show drawings and paintings. Sometimes other parts of my life sneaks into the blog too.
My blog: ArtShades

I create lampshades from plant-fibre paper using the technique of reverse applique. My blog shares my design inspiration, work in progress and finished lamps.

Many of my designs are inspired by my garden on the slopes of the Malvern Hills in England and my blog features a 'Bloom of the Week' (usually posted on Mondays) which is a photographic study of a plant flowering in my garden that week. It provides me with a continuous inspiration source of colour, shape and form and I hope it inspires you too. Do visit and leave a comment or two!
