If you've already started the piece and can't transfer the pattern again because of stitching, you could use a fine point water soluble pen ( or course, test a bit of your fabric first) They come in tons of color and rinse out with a bit of plain water. They're usually in the quilting or notion section of the craft store.
Thank you so much Ladies this helps alot.
Sharon, I read the link on transferring designs. Do you know if transdoodle is available in country queensland...e.g. Toowoomba. I have used graphite carbon, is this a similar product.. I find it comes off ease, buy if the tracing is too dark is does rub a bit, but washes out easily. Transdoodle sounds perfect. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the link. It is helpful to have the benefit of someone else's experience with these new products.
Hi Shirley
I got mine directly from the suppliers in the States it took about 7 days which is as fast if products come from within OZ. Although I am happy to support Australian businesses and I actively try and shop local if I can't find it I don't hesitate to go overseas.

Transdoodle (I am not affiliated with this product) is more waxy than graphite carbon and seems to transfer to just about anything.
