Slow web site

Is it just me, or is anyone else getting Error 500 messages and it's taking ages to add a comment or go back a page?  I just de-fragged my hard drive and everything else is working well.

No, I've not had that trouble (although yours was 5 hours ago).  Sometimes sites just don't work for us for a while, then they're back to AOK again!  Hope that's been the case with you and, as you're reading this, you haven't had any more hassles.

The same thing is happening no error 500 but the adding comments and going back a page is taking forever. And although there has been no error message it keeps kicking me off. Glad you posted this I thought it was me  Hugs Elaine

Yesterday I had the same trouble but later in the day I tried again and it was OK so I hope it was only a temporary Problem.

I logged out of sf twice yesterday and on each return got the same problem.  Today it's still slow to add a comment or go back a page, and just now when adding a comment I got sound!  I hope it doesn't keep going on this way as it wastes a lot of time.

Ann I have not had any other complaints- other than this thread  so it might be your connection or computer. Have you  tried clearing your cache, and turning the computer off at the wall then turning it back on?

Yes to both.  Lots of Error 500s and slow page loading.  I'm new and have wondered if it was always this pokey.  I don't have this problem with other sites and the same thing happened with my husband's computer, so I don't think it is a problem with my computer.  I thought perhaps ning was doing maintenance over the holiday...

This morning the web sight seemed faster but when I went to add two photos it went to and error. So I guess I won't be adding  photos I will try later and see what happens.

I don't receive any error message but the response time is rather slow; such I could not make as much comments as I would like too.

Hi Sharon, I've tried all those things.  It isn't my computer, and it seems I'm not alone judging by the replies I have received.

Well, I think whatever was wrong is fixed because I was able to get through making comments and going back much faster and with no error 500 messages late yesterday afternoon.

Everything is working fine this morning was able to add my pictures and it is not as slow I think the problem may have fixed it's self.

Hi everyone, I'm having trouble with things loading and error 500 messages again.  Anyone else?  It's definitely not my computer.  Tried it on my husband's and had the same problems.
