Hello friends, this is my first month to host a postcard swap (temporarily trying to fill Linda's shoes!)  June is a difficult month being right in the middle of the year (already!) with everyone experiencing different seasons and celebrations.  I am looking for suggestions for a subject for our June swap..My thoughts are that we could take a country such as Egypt, Greece or China (or any other) as a starting point....or maybe fashion accessories such as hats or handbags....but I'm sure you are more imaginative than that...!  Over to you..

Me desculpe.

Hello all, I'm sorry I have been off-line this week.. no wi-fi at holiday resort! From reading the comments any potential problems appear to have been sorted out. Is there anything you need me to do? Anyone.....? Kate

I have tried to ensure everyone has a different partner to the previous 2/3 months and I hope I have not missed anyone out!  For our new members....please message your partner direct to get their postal address and not use the public forum(safer that way!) Our theme is "Egypt" and our aim is to get your PC to your partner by the end of the month. If there is a delay(things crop up unexpectedly for all of us from time to time)please contact your partner....they will understand!

Happy stitching!

Sorry, I am new to the group. What size should the post cards be? Also I am supose to send mine to Monica. Which Monica, there are more than one.

Thanks

Mary

Hi Mary, your postcard should be 6" x 4"(15cmx10cm approx). If you go to the reply to this discussion on 29th May where Monica signed up for this swap and click on her name (which is underlined) you should then get directed to her home page. If you send her a message(as a friend) she will then send you(via message) her address for you to send your postcard. Hope this is a bit clearer to you... any problems, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We all had these queries when we first started to swap.... Hope you enjoy taking part and you will join us again.. Regards Kate
