How to right a wrong row (knitting)

Hi, I've been knitting a sampler blanket with lots of different textures in it, but there are a couple of places where I've knitted a whole row in error (there's an example on my profile page), and not realised until much later (I hate having to undo work, going backwards!), but in hindsight I really ought to have done as it shows quite badly... Does anyone have any tips for a way of disguising a purl row to look like knit??

Could you kind of fake it into the pattern and knit another 'wrong' row at a suitable place to make it look deliberate??

Good idea, only it's a bit far gone for that! I didn't notice until I'd finished the section of blanket I'm working on. I was hoping someone might know a way of sewing along the row to pull the wrong stitches straight, but never mind - I'll just have to live with it! Thanks for taking the time to reply anyway x

I'm only a (re-)beginning knitter myself, so my ideas are rather limited...  Short of pulling it back to the duff row, I can't think of anything else.  Thankfully, I only have 2 rows of 25 stitches to pull back on my work to sort it!  I just carried on too long and should have started shaping 2 rows ago.=)
