Hello from Nova Scotia

Hello ...

I joined Stitchin Fingers on the weekend and am so delighted to be a part of a global collective of sharing women... The creations are simply beautiful... each and every expression so unique and magical.  I  love to sew and felt... every stitch  has energy holding it in place... when I work I imagine how women are creating all over the planet all of the time... never a moment when something isn't being birthed... I believe that we are collectively bringing love , healing and renewal  with every stitch we sew, every bead we place, every stroke we paint on the face of a creation. It is a thing of such delicacy and beauty and yet so incredibly powerful... threads reaching out, one to another ... collectively we are weaving a beautiful garment of multi expressions, a coverlet of love for our planet.

I am currently hand felting / embellishing bracelet cuffs... living close to the sea I find myself constantly inspired by the wonder and majesty of her... looking forward to sharing of ideas, creations and the amazing women here...  so grateful to be here... sharon
