Hi all!
My name is Gemma and I live in Leeds.
A lady at the art library craft group I attend mentioned this site (so sorry - I forgot your name) so I thought I best come and say hello.
I have been stitching for a few years since picking up cross stitch during a stay in hospital. I am now well and truly addicted. I still tend to work mostly from patterns and kits but do branch out with new techniques.
I'm a member of the WI and the Embroiderers' Guild.
Looking forward to getting to know some fellow stitchers.

Permalink Reply by Elizabeth Braun on October 3, 2012 at 12:54 Hello Gemma! I was born and bred in Leeds and only moved away a little over 3 years ago, so I still feel quite a close connection.
Welcome and hope you enjoy yourself here too.=)
